Its really hard to explain. Feats and items don't import and some classes the descriptions of the power itself doesn't import. I am sure they will correct it but thats how it is right now. We have had access to this feature for not even 12 hrs yet.

The current script they have for the VT to import the characters from the OCB does not import all of the information for some of the classes. You can easily enough cut and paste from the Compendium to get the info added to the imported character but that info does not Save. So you would have to...

At Gencon 2008 when they were talking about this they said that everything that had happened in LG over 8 years would not be included in any remake of Greyhawk. Needless to say the LG people left that meeting a little disheartened.

As I said you need to talk to your event organizer about it but if that is all that will keep you from playing then que sera, sera. Thats your loss not ours.

Originally it was only the Essentials books that were allowed. Later in Season 3 they added the Essentials books and any Essentials articles from Dragon. It just appears that one group within the company doesn't realize what the other group has put out there etc.

Unless the Organizer/DM at the store you play at will allow non-Essentials items in the game then you restricted to the Human ability from Essentials.

I can confirm this for you that it does not appear as an option in the Character Builder. I can also confirm that the March of the Phantom Brigade doesnt have any of the Dragon Magazine Essentials options available to the Essentials classes (i.e Pyromancer, Earth Domain etc)

From the description proffered above it sounds like they are finally presenting the modules in the format that LG of old and LFR current presents them. This is a good thing.

Until there is integration between the Character Builder and the Adventure Tools there really is not much more us Beta testers can do. It has been a fun tool to play around with but without the integration we are kind of at an impasse.

You will go to the archives and open up each issue in a separate tab. Each issue will show you a table of contents but you will notice a button by the cover image that says to download the compiled/complete issue. That is what you want

I am guessing that you located an old version of Masterplan. Masterplan can no longer download the libraries. You have to manually input (copy and paste) stuff into it now.

War of the Burning Sky is an ENWorld product not a WOTC product so is not available to you through DDi.

You guys do realize that Essentials is just more options for 4th edition. It contains the most up to date errata/updates as well. So Essentials feats are 4th edition feats.

I dont understand this whole giving away feats for free to the players. The game plays fine without doing this.

This is just speculation but I would assume that they were not allowed to keep the characters and probably aren't allowed to give too many details on them either. Otherwise the forums would be full of reports of them.
