Have you updated your character builder recently? For at least the last 2 months the updated monk preview has been in there. The Dancing Cobra at-will, just like all other monk attacks, is an implement attack.

If you look at the stat block for the Helmed Horror he carries nothing other than a Greatsword. Not a magical one just a mundane one. That is what you looted.

I am not sure what Shaman power you are referring to, but if it is the At-will one that allows an Opportunity attack if the enemy moves away from the spirit companion, it would not have worked in this instance. Forced movement does not provoke opportunity actions, which that shaman power is.
