I prefer the caps of the older editions where 19 was the highest possible score possible barring stat boost magic items and a wish. 25 being the highest but you only truly see that on Gods and other superior beings etc.

The funny thing is is that when Kobolds made their entrance into LG it heralded the end of 3rd edition. And now at the end of 4th edition we have Kobolds coming again lol. Kobolds are the jumping the shark for D&D apparently.

Love is a strong word but I definitely enjoy playing and running 4th edition. It reminds me more of the earlier editions of D&D.

What do you need them for? That is what Roleplaying is for. If they feel they have to roll something then make up a DC for them and have them roll with whatever bonus you feel they need.

Actually my friends that don't have forums accounts and I decided to check to see if what you said is true. We could not find them listed anywhere with a forum identity in the DDi group.

I can tell you that in the extended group of people I play with barely 1/4 of the have a wotc account to post on the forums with. So it is not hard to believe that there is 2 or 3 DDi members that don't use the WotC site to every 1 that does.
