    By non standard I mean things such as cover, Insight, Sacred, Profane, and Luck bonuses. Anything other than natrual, armor, deflection or enhancement really. Trying to get a really high ac on a 10th level cleric.

    Also, Magic of Faerun has an example of Favored Enemy bonuses. The Enemy Spirit Pouch (Page 157) 2100 gp for a +1 (well, +5 to effective ranger level for determing it but same effect) to his favored enemy bonus to one type of creature.

    Broken? I don't think so. They are useful for wildshaping druids, but otherwise, you are better off geting the two scrolls for the same money.

    The total level part in the multi-class section really has nothing to do with spell casting. That just means that you are still a epic level character as long as your total levels = 21+. A fighter 10/Wizard 10 can gain a level in wizard and get acsess to 6th level spells.

    Exotic Double Weapons

    There are currently no rules for two bladed katanas (that I am aware of). A double bladed sword is 1d8/1d8 19-20. A two bladed katana could be simulated using the heavy weapon rules, giving you 1d10/1d10 19-20. I think you would have to take EWP twice though. I'm not sure if you could do that.

    What is the equation?

    There really isn't a pattern, there is a list of spells which can be made permenant and thats it. Anything else is up to the DM. The psionic power "Incarnate" can be used on any power. Maybe thats what your thinking of, i think I'm not sure on its formula offhand though.

    Just have the condition be when you reconize someone casting harm who then proceeds to try to touch you. Shouldn't be hard to identify with an arcane casters spellcraft roll.

    Wouldn't Cloud Kill work better? 1 minute per level vs 1 round. 1d10 damage: 200d10 damage no save. If you extended it twice (up to the level of acid fog) thats 600d10 damage! A whoping average of 3300, assuming the trapped creature can't escape in that 60 minute time frame. On second though...
