    Either or really. An anti magic field really kills a wizards offense and defense. Ways to effect them inside it also help :)

    Is there any other way to destroy an anti-magic field besides Mordinkain's Disjunction? There really arn't any protections against it for a full spellcaster. You can counterspell it I know, but what if its from a magic item?

    Not any weapon can be used for a trip attempt. If it were so, all weapons would say you can drop it to negate the counter trip (you could drop any weapon as easily as enough,exception bladed gauntlets). I'm 100% sure monks can make trip attempts, they get improved trip after all. I'm not sure...

    I'd say the fact that it can cast a spell would make it strong enough to require the improved familiar feat. Especially if it can do it at will. I don't have the MM2 and am going by what you said.

    Pass without trace already prevents scent from working on you. Don't need to research a spell if you know a druid.

    Thought it was 1-5....odd.... Good news though. :) Would a pale green Ioun stone work? It says +1 competence bonus to attack rolls, saves, and checks. Or does checks mean skill checks? Thought spell immunity for a second, but dispel is no SR. :(

    What counter measures can a wizard take to prevent his spells from being dispelled by either dispel magic, or greater dispel? So far, only thing I can come up with is a ring of counterspells, but that wouldn't work for greater dispel.

    Break Dc of 20? Isn't that a little low.... an average commoner could burst through the wall given enough time.

    I think both heal and harm should be 7th or 8th level spells. Others to add: Simulacrum (Empower it......Ewww...) Geas/Quest (No save, do what I want or die![Although slowly]) Timestop (This ends the fight....really..)
