I'd think officialy they'd keep the same initiative. For one thing if they are in the negatives, we roll to see if they stabalize. And if they don't stabalize, they lose a hit point on their turn.

I currently have a half-celestial druid who uses spellfire (Don't ask..... ok really, Don't ask). Its not TOO bad. He only has used it a couple times, and its saved the parties butt quite a few times..... The main reason he has it is to assist with healing the party. He hasn't used it for that...

notice the quotes Hyp? They're their because I couldn't think of a better word, and weren't ment to be like the word used for Temporary Hit Points in the d20 system. Please fell free to offer a better word, instead of just criticism. So Hyp, what word should I use?

This is how I would rule it. Since E. Splendor has a durration of 1 hour/level (IIRC), it would be a "temporary bonus" to the Paladins lay on hands. Lets say we have a 3rd level Wizard who casts Eagles Splendor on the 3rd level Paladin. For sake of ease lets say the Paladin has a Charisma of 16...
