Note that it's a conversion guide, not a full adventure. You'll still need the original modules (available for cheap on DMsGuild) to run the campaign, although the 3e Dragons of Autumn conversion might also do the job.

It doesn't seem to know what a dragonborn is, but 'anthropomorphic dragon' usually works. there doesn't seem to be a way to stop it attaching wings or a tail though.
