Something melee based would be good. You have a Wizard and a Sorcerer which are really squishy, and with 4E's abundance of critters on the field I always recommend 2 meat shields - a primary defender and then something else meaty.

Some Monk Advice.... If you have not played a monk before I had the chance a while back and I will copy forth my observations to which you may or may not find useful. I posted this in the thread I started titled "Dwarven 4 Monk Advice"

That sounds right. That would be one hell of a feat... The only cases of that are in some superior weapons such as the Bastard Sword and the Dwarven War Axe, but these are specific cases. There is not a general feat that would do that in 4E. This would be quite unbalancing.

I would emphasize what Leorix has said about Backgrounds which can make Dungeoneering available as a class skill for free if the feat is not a part of your class planning.

Perhaps the best thing to do is to talk to your DM and let him/her know that you are toying with your character and want to make some changes. What you are proposing are not great changes. If your DM will let you just switch out the Rogue feat for the Quick Draw feat as if you never had it...
