Track down a copy of Dragon Magazine #332. It has v3.5 20-level monster classes for the chromatic dragons. You'll likely want to adapt it some as well as simply converting it - for example there are no spell-like abilities listed.

If you look at the PrCs in the Campaign Setting, they already obey the HD/BAB correlation of the Pathfinder RPG. You just need to combine or delete class skills as warranted and subtract 2 from all the good save progressions.

It's worth the PDF price. I'd be kind of disappointed if I'd paid the $35 for a print copy, but $10 for the PDF is well worth the money.
