I agree, this person is obviously a munchkin even though I have never met him and have absoultly no information on his character other than which classes he chose. There is no possible justification for multiclassing in such a way.

I think the fling damage comes from the impact actually, 90 feet to 9d6 seems to fit nicely, d6 for every 10 feet, just like falling. Though the person does not have to be tossed down or up, they could be flung and hit some trees or rocks, flung into a lake (while wearing full plate, sounds nasty)

Let the person in the behir's stomach make the save also, if he passes, he rips the 'fish' open and is fine. If he fails... well, he's fish food hehe.

My recomendation is to make a pure monk, maximize wisdom anyway you can! Then get the Ki Straps (S&F 5000 gold). You might consider getting the pain touch feat as soon as you can too if your wisdom high enough. Anyway, with enough effort you can get your stunning fist DC so high almost anybody...

I dont feel that unbalancing strike is any weaker than stunning fist because it requires a reflex save to not fail. Against people like giants, high level tanks etc, they will typicaly fail a relfex save, but would almost always pass a fortitude save from a stunning fist.

I think alot of people treat the unbalancing strike like a stunning fist in terms of usage, so a level one monk would only be able to do that once per day. Also in that combat example, you assume the ninja hits the orc every time, and that he fails every save. Dont forget that orc can deal out...
