Well, this new venture may be different. We do not know who is writting the content so it is to much early to know anything about it all, but hell, let's write it off before we know anything about it and mourn for good old days.

Well, I would look at the new place to get the info, say WotC, and then judge it and see if I liked it or not. One thing I would not do is judge it before I had even seen it.

I work at Oz Post, so I think if it is only $5.00 an issue to ship, it must be coming by sea, and the can take up to 3 months to get here. Glad the PDF is cheaper.

To me there is way to much "the sky is falling" going on. Was I upset that Dungeon and Dragon mags are not coming out any more? Hell yes I was. But having said that, I think that there is a good chance that WotC may make a good fist out of this and do a good job. I think it will look a lot...

There was one in a Dragon mag where Belkar bought a wand of dispel clothing. Some of Roy's lines out of that were pure gold.
