I occasionally play in a campaign that the DM has loosely based on the Dark Tower series. He simply adapts OD&D for that purpose. I've only read the first book in the series but I think he's managed to capture some of the basic elements.

If you already have your races and cultures made up why don't you just totally homebrew it? Almost any boxed set will include races and cultures of their own so it will require adaptation on your part. If they're close enough to each other maybe just a name change is all that would be required...
