I treated much of Villaki as dark comedy, with the "all will be well" and Blinksy. Then again, much of my Ravenloft has a dreamy, surreal element to it so weird "Halloween town" elements work quite well.

It's named in the list of D&D settings in the 2024 DMG. Every setting on that list has a campaign book in 5e except Dark Sun.

The only one I've ever considered using was Ghosts of Saltmarsh, and even then I'd probably alter it so the boat in Sinister Secret is in play more in the later adventures.
