There is a PrC in Bo9S that lets you spend Turn Undead uses per day to fuel an extra Swift action for a round. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

Has anyone updated any of the non-core base classes to PF or TB specs? For example the Warlock loses alot in TB, since the casters get most of thier spells back after a short rest.

For what its worth, you can also use Natural Spell with the Spell Compendium Spell "Aspect of Wolf"... but only cause the spell says so. :p

IIRC, Whirling Frenzy specifically calls out that it doesn't grant stack additional attacks. edit: Thats what I was thinking of. :D So you can Rage/Frenzy (prc version) but you can't Rage / Whirling Frenzy / Frenzy or anyother combonation of whacky-rage using Whirling Frenzy.
