While technically I do not use power cards, I use the exact same thing on my laptop via Asmor's digital squire, so I count it as "yes". Every one of my players uses power cards or at least refers to them when they make their attacks.

I have a semi-off topic but related question: Is there a map making program out there that gives you permission to distribute the maps you make? OR is it assumed with some map makers that the maps are yours, even though the images you're using may not be?

I kind of want to see Ravenloft. On the other hand, its changed too much to be Ravenloft any more. Somthing completely new would be nice thats for sure. Somthing built from the ground up to be 4E, but not "generic cookie cutter" either.
