That is the precise reason that IMC we use the Monte variant that allows 1-10 for each axis. It gives a lot of flexibilty.

I voted yes as it has not caused any problem IMC and I think it is a decent guide. The caveat is, we use the 1-10 scale for each axis put forth by Monte, I find that it lends a good amount of flexibilty to alignments and allows for different degrees and types of any given alignment type.

IMC the "druid as summoner" type has been very effective in or out of dungeons. Dungeons limit the application of animal growth some what, if they are tight on space, but otherwise I find 3.5 druids to be useful to the party no matter the environment (unlike in 1e & 2e)
