Then you didn't understand the point I was making, which is that a) of course they don't exist, and b) the lack of modern photographic evidence is further evidence that they don't exist.
Sure, but all ghosts would have to be invisible/unphotographable for this to be the issue, plus they'd have to make no recordable noise and have no discernible effect on things around it (so no poltergeists).
Almost everyone in the developed world walks around with a cameraphone in their hand and sleeps with it next to their bed. If ghosts and bigfoots (bigFEET) and so on existed we would have evidence of it by now.
That's a shame. I managed to run RM2 with the MERP campaign modules a few years ago and hope to get back to it one day. It's honestly one of my favourite games.
Who you gonna trust though? The 'expert' who had to train on this stuff for years to understand it? Or me, who understood it completely after just thinking about it for five minutes? It's called common sense people!
'Narrative' isn't in GNS at all. GNS defines and uses 'Narrativism'. When people use 'Narrative', I don't know what they mean. Is it a malapropism for Narrativism? Is it something else? Usually it seems to mean 'those other games that I don't like'.
I remember you started a thread not long ago...
