What about an Abyssal adventure anthology visiting some of the more obscure layers of the Abyss?

I'd personally be more interested in conversions of Dungeon Magazine adventures, which we got a few of in Ghosts of Saltmarsh.

The Piety system used in Mythic Odysseys of Theros could work well for mechanically supporting alignment.

So I noticed that, for whatever reason, they decided to make the entire book available in the full-size preview, which means that it's possible to download the entire book as a PDF for free (albeit with the text "sample file" across each page). Not a very good business decision TBH.

That was what they were in 4E. Giants were still Large then, but there were also Huge titans. That might have been an inspiration for the Huge giants of 5E.

The first thing that jumps to my mind is the 4E boxed adventure Madness at Gardmore Abbey, which revolved around collecting the cards of the Deck of Many Things and using individual cards to activate special abilities.

They might call themselves that even if they think they are right, though, and that "Good" isn't actually good. There are people who call themselves Satanists despite the negative connotations and the fact that they do not actually worship or believe in Satan, after all.

That's why I personally don't put much emphasis on Good and Evil when I DM or in arbitrating what is Good or what is Evil. I'm much more interested in Law and Chaos, which I personally find easier to define in a way that I don't think would step on many people's toes. To me, Lawful just means...

The use of the term "astral dominions" is particularly interesting to me as that was the term for the realms of the gods in 4E. Perhaps in the new Spelljammer astral dominions will be something along the lines of Planescape's gate-towns.

I wonder if Malcanthet will ever get another official mention. 4E at least mentioned her a handful of times.

I tried this houserule in a campaign and found out really quickly that an Oath of Vengeance Paladin can deal an absolutely absurd amount of damage with it.

I hope they do something to give the D&D Demogorgon a higher profile. As of now the Stranger Things creature named for him is what the general public (and DALL-E) thinks of when they hear the name.
