I could see that.

Ignoring 4e is far different than saying, "We need a new edition because grapple does not work well," on a daily basis for 6+ months. I'm not naming names. The person, to the best of my knowledge, still works there. Calling out of the person for past actions long forgotten by most is unnecessary.
