While I haven't heard anything about advances in the printed material, I think the advances in the last 10 years in online material is much greater than any print related changes in any previous edition. In my online games, I use d20srd.org religiously.

MapTool is a thousand times better than drawing on a tabletop map or using tiles, and it's 2D. I hope WotC keeps it simple, or I'll just keep using MapTool.

The D&D Eberron Open is one of my favorite series of modules. Personally I like my Eberron pulpy, action packed and over the top. Some of the adventures and novels have too much intrigue, "noir" and mystery for me.

Here here. I would love to see a 4th edition Adventure Path with Dungeon, preferably set in the Forgotten Realms or Greyhawk. It would be especially cool if the AP could be used with Organized Play.
