Weapon Stunt: Uncanny Blow + Power Attack

That's the tricky part. Some months ago, I was a devoted defender of that "interpretation", but now I ain't sure anymore. Me too!

Weapon Stunt: Uncanny Blow + Power Attack

Hi! Err, the first sentence of the Uncanny Blow does enhance the normal damage bonus from x1-1/2 to x2. That's a benefit I understand. It's the second sentence that makes me wonder. I'm not certain if the second sentence does refer to an (implied) case of wielding the weapon in one hand...

Weapon Stunt: Uncanny Blow + Power Attack

Hi, fellow exotic weapon mistresses! According to the description of the weapon stunt Uncanny Blow (Complete Warrior, p. 31), you deal extra damage, when wielding a one-handed exotic melee weapon in two hands (x 2 instead of x 1-1/2). The second sentence of this class feature regarding Power...

    Complete Arcane's Spellstitched.

The Spellstichted template appeared first in the Monster Manual II on page 215. Spell Resistance in this book (3.0) is calculated 15 + Cha bonus. If the 3.5 version of that template is used then the score of 18 (sample ghast) was miscalculated. Kind regards

    Inside Joke or Insidious Joke

Hi, valorous readers! I skimmed through the fluffy part of the Champions of Valor today and stumbled upon a sentence on page 129 (Chapel of Resounding Justice), that made me muse... Warning: Spoiler! ...hmmm, but don't all angels have complete immunity to petrification? Is this WotC's...

    Holding breath

So, now we are closing the circle: The PHB wasn't corrected and the leather-bound PHB was. It would have been nice to have it had incorporated in any of the official organs, like Dragon, Dungeon, FAQ, or Errata. :/

    [PHBII] Affiliations as PrC prerequisits?

The FR Champions of Valor/Ruin books have some PrCs that do require an affiliation to certain groups. It's an interesting way, very campaign-inherent, and it does function. ;) Enjoy!

Do temporary hit points stack ?

Ah! I looked it up. Thanx for pointing it out to me. Hmm, my players sure will punish me... ... better to flee into the mist of the night and suck some blood  Thanx

Do temporary hit points stack ?

Hi! Off the top of my head, temporary hit points stack, as you pointed out, like "negative wounds". They are subtracted from your hit point total first. They can't be healed. Normally, they last only for a set duration (see spell durations, like aid). In the case of temporary hit points that...

Spell Errors in the PHB II

Hi! If you meant Electric Vengeance (Lesser/Normal), I see the descriptor [Electricity] labeled on both spells. ;) But, if you meant Seeking Ray, you're right: The descriptor [Electricity] is missing. Nice catch. Kind regards

    Duergar with 2 Charisma

Take a dwarven cleric substitution level from Races of Stone, and get Smite Giant instead of Turn Undead. ;) Enjoy (you despisable, very, very ugly, scarbellied dwarven monstrosity with Cha 2)! :D If you're taking offense, I'll edit the greetings line. Honestly!

Spell Errors in the PHB II

Hi, all, hi Silveras, and hi glass! :) Just two errors in the PHB II regarding spells/spell lists. 1.) Bard spell list/spell name: Instead of Dance of the Blades (see page 96, Bard spell list) it should be Dancing Blade (see page 109, spells). 2.) Material Components: The entry for material...

Master's Touch [SC + PHB II]

Hi, glass! No, it wasn't an accident. It was a conscious effort of mind. ;) It was intended for all interested in getting to know that error AND it was intended to be noticed by Silveras, who - in turn - had catched another error (completely different to the one I mentioned in this thread)...

Master's Touch [SC + PHB II]

Hi, everbody (and hi, Silveras)! Just one caveat: Besides of the doublette feat Sacred Healing (Complete Divine/Player's Handbook II) that was commented by CustServs as errorneously synonymous, there's the spell Master's Touch in the Player's Handbook II that happens to be in the Spell...

    Divine Feat: Sacred Healing GOOFED?

Ah, Silveras! You seem to be hard-wired to CustServ. :D Good to know that both feats have a right to exist - even if synonymous. I'll rename the one from the CD "I" and the one from the PHB II "II". Kind regards and thanx
