other. edit: i don't play Holmes. OD&D(1974) for me: OD&D(1974) is the only true game. All the other editions are just poor imitations of the real thing.

ask them what kind of game they want you to run? if they want to see the maps and see the mechanics you use. tell them it will make the game easier for them. and less fun for you. let them see behind the wall if that's what they want and you want. it is just going to make it a different game...
