Eh, there's nothing wrong with White Raven Onslaught. I would have preferred a more descriptive name, like Blitz or something. But it serves its purpose. I'm sure that most players will just shorten it to Onslaught anyway.

I think with the power curve being somewhat flattened that higher level monsters are going to be more powerful without being an order of magnitude more powerful. Does that make sense? Lower level monsters are fairly powerful and with each level their power increases, but NOT as much as in 3E...

Healing surges bothered me much more than my group. They just didn't care. They like not having to go back to town nearly as often. So, I think it will depend heavily on the group as well as how the DM feels like describing things.
