Strictly from a GM's point of view it would be great to have, I can see why no one would do it since it's pretty much useless to anyone else. I hadn't used it in a long time so I forgot I had NPC Designer, which is a quick NPC generator that does sort of what I'm looking for.

I had or thought I had a link to statted out NPC classes from the DMG. Stats for Experts, Adepts, Aristorcrats etc. If anyone has a source for this please share. Thnx

He didn't officially change anything for the record. The new rust monster idea isn't in the SRD or in any new rule book that I know of. These monster redevolopment articles must have been met with some serious negativity since there hasn't been one in over a month. At least it is my sincere hope...

Nope, since I (based on current info) have no intention of going to it I'm going to be buying up d20 material.
