    Floyd Landis tests postive again.

Anyone who hates sports and plays RPG's is nothing but an out of shape, overwieght, Fatbeard Lawncrapper. :D ...he added with a smiley face.

Mearls idea on modifiers in D&D

I can attest to this. One of my players is a rules maniac and studies the PHB and suppliments looking for cool combos to use. The buffs that he has going on 24+ hours not including the stuff he'll cast before or during combat are just insane. These are 20+ level characters.

    How often do you reset?

What if you don't count sessions? I have no idea how often we reset. Last campaign reached into the epics and went on for a couple years. What is wrong with reseting if anything? Once the story is told it's told, sooner or later you reach a point where you have to move on right?

    Eberron-as corny as I think?

I had a friend very much like Jocamchi. He basically ran the same campaign for 20+ years and claimed that his experience trumped anything that I would have to say about the game. He would constantly put down my players for the roleplaying and character concepts and dis my campaigns becuase they...

    Eberron-as corny as I think?

I used to hate it, now I like it. My players can be thanked for relentlessly nagging me to run an game in it. While nothing will ever replace the Forgotten Realms for my setting of choice I can't ever see myself not running an Eberron game as well. Airships are not corny (coming from FR they've...

I'm tired of rehashing old crap. :/ Make something like an explorers guide.

Just got Wilderlands 3.5 boxed set...

For me, I just got the PG on PDF for the flavor text on the gods and the rest of the history. I'm not crazy about the subraces, and for my games I've dropped them altogether. ...and I agree with Kluge about the crack thing.
