Just got Wilderlands 3.5 boxed set...

The players guide has the gods in it as well, the boxed set does not. The box goes into the very origins of the history of the world then for the most recent developements the player's guide takes over. It you want the gods that go with the world the players guide is kind of a big deal.

    I need a Waterdeep-like city

If Waterdeep has everything you need already why not just use it and change the names and dates to protect the guilty? You don't necessarily have to use the map, just use the fluff. And city maps, take a look at these. http://historic-cities.huji.ac.il/historic_cities.html

    The rehabilitation of roleplaying games

Seriously though, by geared towards younger audience I mean cheaper. As is stands right now I think a lot of your average teen/tween/lower 20's type would be gamer who doesn't have a career or a stable income (how many do at that age?) sees the price of <your WoTC D&D book here> and passes on...

    Klauthen Vale

"Klauth was sorely wounded on the fourth day of Mirtul in the Year of the Turret, when he was ambushed by two white dragons and a blue dragon working together.
