We are working to include Errata, adding a back cover and formatting it for Print. Once this is done, we need to order proof copies, check them an (hopefully) finalize. Expect a Print version in March (guesstimate here though).

When will Psionics for 4th Edition come out? I'd say the first trickle comes in about a month or two. When will Wizards of the Coast release psionics material? My best guess is 2010, or if we're really unlucky, 2011.

I'm thinking that a +4 to hit would make the power much more interesting for my gaming group.

I'd say True20, primarily because it gives both the players and the Narrator the freedom to create their world completely freely. As above suggested, get the True20 Revised edition and you'll have an AWESOME toolbox allowing you to play almost ANY game you want to.
