    For flail, how about "immobilize target on a critical until the start of your next turn or until you are no longer adjacent to the target"? Seems pretty reasonable (tangle them up)? Not what flails traditionally do, but not unreasonable for a critical-only power.

    Cool, the intimidate thing makes sense, but I'd never seen it. Out of curiosity, do people actually remember to do this? So many weird feats have the fear keyword (a number of the Ardent powers for example) that I imagine folks forget a lot.

    Hand... I ran a "2-shot" and one character (a troll, they were playing mosters) started with the hand. I believe I nerfed it a little bit, but it's really handy (bada-bing!). It actually worked out quite well.
