    OA and 5' steps

    Do you get an Opportunity Attack if a creature takes a 5 foot step (OK, 1 square step)? I would think "no" although a fighter would get one if it was a "shift" (as opposed to using your move action to only move 1 square), right?

    Burst 1

    EDIT: Oops, did not read your whole post, yes you pick one square. For a burst you pick a square of origin, then go 1 square to each side, so a "burst 1" takes up 9 squares (X=origin square): *** *X* *** My ASCII art is "teh sux", I kow.
