There have been many great ideas and I have already spoken to the elven rogue player about some of the suggestions. It seems that he feels that the group should work it out in character and try to offer some battle suggestions such as wildshaping if necessary to help out the front lines...

As long as they play intelligently! If they just rush in to battle an obviously overpowering oponent I don't give them much unless they retreat in a resonable time. I think xp's should be awarded from learning mistakes as long as they make resonable decisions and seem to learn while doing it.

That's a good suggestion Liquid Snake. He doesn't ever use his wild shape to change into an animal to attack. It is usually to scout as a bird or bat (of course safely away from harms way). Any more comments? Keep em coming!!!
