    An aside, but this is a great way to get around some immediate interrupt/reaction abilities of monsters. You can ready an action for when a monster takes an action, so it cannot use it's immediate abilities.

    In a small team, losing a party member's actions to daze, stun or whatever is very crippling. Just make sure that everyone has potions of healing (preferrably more than one). I think the group seems fine otherwise, if a tad squishy.
