weaker than kobolds, kobolds have stat adjustments and many bonuses to skills. also /hd are only used in 3.0. also kobolds have -3 ecl when taking an NPC class this should be factored in. honestly this is too weak to be able to take class levels as is

Whizbang: if it was a sheet if mica yes, but it is thick which means that most attacks would chip or remove a sheet, also remember that magic would fuse, to some degree anyway the mica to make it humanoid. how does it look now?
