I am a bit of a purest and I like the simplicity of rum and coke. Mojitos are pretty good, too. With Scotch, I like it on the rocks with a splash of water. I don't care for vodka or tequila, though. I haven't tried bourbon or traditional whiskey, though. What cocktails do you prefer?
