    Charges per day is optional... if it doesn't have a limited number of charges per day, you don't add in the calculation. Good thing too, seeing as charges per day over 5 works out more expensive than an unlimited use item... That being said, they're just guidelines... unlimited use healing...

    Yes. One provides a bonus to your cold resistance, one provides a bonus to your fire resistance; no overlap. Much the same as casting the Create Magic Tattoo spell from Players Guide to Faerun on yourself twice and choosing different effects each time.

    Yes. You can also have resist energy (fire) and protection from energy (fire) both active at once, altho any fire damage you take is subtracted from the protection before its reduced by the resistance, so its not not as good a combo as it could be.

    With regards to enlarge person, for archery its not really worth it. While you gain 1 average damage, you lose 2 off your hit; 1 from dex and 1 from size. Unless you get a composite bow with a str bonus designed for your enlarged form, then its +2 average damage for -2 hit. That would be ok, but...

    This refers to the fact that normally you suffer a -1 to attacks for wearing the buckler (if you're using your offhand in the process of the attacks), and is stating bows and crossbows are exceptions to this.
