Turn Undead per Day and Low Charisma?

Just as a sorcerer doesn't get extra spells per day from an eagle's splendor spell, I'd be hesitant of allowing a cleric to gain extra turn attempts from it.

    Bonus Stacking

I think it comes down to interpretation on those two. Force of personality doesn't even use the word bonus, just says "you add your charisma modifier to will saves". One could infer thats a named bonus of type "charisma", but it isn't spelled out, and arguably isn't implied. Likewise dark...

    Bonus Stacking

Arcane Resistance: At 2nd level, a hexblade gains a bonus equal to his charisma bonus (minimum +1) on saving throws against spells and spell-like effects. Force of Personality: You add your charisma modifier (instead of your wisdom modifier) to Will saves against mind-affecting spells and...

    PrcS that grant (arcane) spellcasting?

Dragon Devotee from races of the dragon gives you +1 sorcerer caster level at levels 3 and 5. These sorcerer caster levels specifically give it to you even if you don't have sorcerer casting already.

    Ways to cast in armor

Of course lower level wizards can't do things like take 1 level of spell sword either; by the time you get to the levels where you can start thinking about prestige class dips, you should be able to afford the twilight enchantment.

    Ways to cast in armor

Hmm, good catch on the +9 bracers, apparently non epic they only go up to +8 for 64,000gp. Even more reason to eventually get +5 twilight mithral chain shirt. Not only is it cheaper, its better too. As for Robe of the Archmagi... not only is it over twice the price at 75000gp, it doesn't seem...

    Twin Shields And Attack Options

I don't think shield spikes and bashing stack, as bashing is a shield enchantment for the shield, whereas shield spikes are a weapon in their own right, not just a modification to the shield. You could attack with a heavy shield of bashing (1d8 bludgeoning damage) or with its shield spikes (1d6...

Freedom Of Movement vs. other spells

If by interpretation you mean knowing how to read, I agree. "you can act normally regardless of magical effects that impede movement as if you affected by the spell freedom of movement." a. Freedom of movement helps against magic impeding effects and some non magic ones (eg grapple) b. You...

    Ways to cast in armor

Hands down agree with this, but boggle at thinking the chain shirt is expensive. A +1 twilight mithral chain shirt is 5ac for 5100gp... as compared to bracers of armour which are 25000 for the 5ac version. Now granted you can just cast mage armour, of greater mage armour, but those don't scale...

Better really, since you could presumably still use a swift action.

    What's a good combination of Paladin/Rogue/Sorcerer?

I beg to differ; the smiting charge alternate feature (from PHB 2 I think?) at level 5 offers a lot of bang for your buck. Especially combined with Rhino's Rush.

3x full attacks in a round?

Well the phrase wasn't coined, but thats what quickened spells were; free actions you could take with a maximum of 1 per round. And yes, I agree its very cheesy, and a DM could quite possibly overrule it. But the ability does allow for it. That wasn't quite the full text for the ability I...

3x full attacks in a round?

Ok, lets pretend everything is 3.0. A wizard/shadowlord draws a potion, drinks it and quickens a teleport. He gets a free full attack. Same wizard later on quickens a teleport and gets a full attack... but this time he isn't allowed to draw and drink the potion? The problem in your ruling isn't...

3x full attacks in a round?

So its ok to drink a potion, then move action teleport and get a full attack.... but if you move action teleport and get a full attack you have no time left afterwards to drink the potion? That seems pretty horribly inconsistent. Moreover, the pounce you quoted mentions that you can perform a...

3x full attacks in a round?

Ok, but under your interpretation, you cast a teleport spell, which is a standard action, and you can't even perform the first full attack because you don't have a full round action left. Therefore the special ability is useless. I'm not quite sure how you figure the third is impossible...

3x full attacks in a round?

Its sort of like pounce. Pounce gives you a full attack at the end of a charge. Do you take this to mean that it changes a charge into a free extra action because full attack is always a full action? So I could perform my free action charge, then change my mind about pouncing, move action...

    Dweomerkeeper

With the material costs and xp costs back in, it seems the main use would be to quickly cast spells that had exceedingly long casting times. Like Simulacrum in a standard action instead of 12 hours for example. There's the no spell resistance aspect too, but thats somewhat mitigated by the...
