    The major problem with Dodge, is that the DM had to remember the little +1. With most 4E mods the PLAYERS have to remember it. It is much easier for the player to remember everything considering what they want to do, than the DM having to think of the players stats on top of trying to play...

    Question about enc./daily powers

    According to a recent "The Tome" Podcast with Andy Collins, encounter powers can be used every five minutes outside of combat. My group used it to regain more hitpoints with there surges by adding a healing word to each use outside of combat. Took longer, but saved many surges. JesterOC.
