Couldn't agree more. Takes me about 3 days to generate a good 30+ level NPC from start to finish. Especially a spellcaster. Or course the more I have made up, the more I have to modify and reintroduce later. :D RD

Do you still require spellcasters to take the metamagic feats and only allow them to use those feats they know in adding them on the fly? Or Do you allow all spellcasters to know all metamagic feats and apply them on the fly? RD
