  3. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Scourge of Daggerford

Titus was leading the horses slowly forward. When he saw the first sign of the battle that they heard moments before and spied through his familiar, he patted the horse and shushed them. He looked up at Lionel and nodded, then moved forward, ready to defend the horses and wagon. Lionel had...

    (OOC) Fitz's Folly (ToA PBP)

I know it is tough nowadays with the current covid situation and I understand that you want to cut down on the PbP activities. Personally, I don't mind which game goes forward since I just joined Fitz's Folly. I can easily jump across to another game, if there is space for me. I really hope you...
  5. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon also rushes towards the sniper while taking great care to stay in cover of the building. When he gets to the corner, he spots an opening in the tower. He steals himself for what might happen and then dashes across the open space towards the tower and the opening.
  6. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Lots of rats had emerged from various holes in the nearby buildings. Chrysagon attacked the next rat that was close to him with another mighty blow of his flail. He then closed the distance to the next kobold. Chrysagon also noticed that the sniper was attacking the kobolds and yelled out to the...

    (OOC) Fitz's Folly (ToA PBP)

If Imogen is such a master with the bow, I'm sure she would know how to fletch a decent arrow or two.
  8. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Searching through the old ruins was both tedious and difficult. Everything was overgrown and some ruin were unstable, which made it very treacherous. At one careless moment, Chrysagon pushed through a wall causing it to collapse on top of him. Curse the Nine Hells!, Chrysagon yelled out and just...
  9. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

OK, Chrysagon replied and added, but let us finish searching through these nearest buildings. We don't want to find any surprises on our way back to the ship. Death will come soon enough! After going through all nearby buildings and finding nothing, Chrysagon follows Harb to the river...
  10. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon nodded to Miss Imogen's suggestion but added, It is possible that you are right but a little further north is the walled-off part of the city that we saw from the sky. It is bound to be something important inside those walls. Why else build a wall, eh? Chrysagon looked up at the raised...
  11. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon sighed. There is always someone that will be Mother and must point out what is fair and whatnot, he thought and reached into the backpack. Here you go, Chrysagon said as cheerfully as possible and handed Harb the heavier cube, I believe you found it. Chrysagon tossed the lighter cube...
  12. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon examined the cubes too but found nothing that the others hadn't already pointed out. No, I don't think these cubes are toys, he responded to Dellrak's comment. Would you put a toy on a pedestal? Or hide away in a secret room, for that matter? No, they are probably just a symbol for the...
  13. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon looked around the room and stopped at the pedestal in the middle. There was a little curious cube sitting on top of it. I wonder what this is?, he mused aloud as he reached out to grab it but then thought better of it and stopped with his hand still outstretched. Ok... do you think it...
  14. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon looks over the scratch he received by one of the mummies. You'd not want wounds to get infected now, do you? Wounds can fester rapidly here in the jungle, he said and sealed the scratch. How are you all faring? Crysagon uses Lay on Hands, 22/25 left
  15. Prickly Pear

    (OOC) Fitz's Folly (ToA PBP)

I have already added an extra d8 damage dice. Only 2 extra. :( Edit: No you don't get to add the bonus, only another damage dice.
  16. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon arrived in the dimly lit room of the shrine, illuminated only by Harb's torch. He looked around at the mayhem. The hunters were on his left, tearing at some mummified archers and the ranger and warrior was on his right, wreaking havoc amongst the archers. Suddenly, 3 of the archers in...

  18. Prickly Pear

    D&D 5E (2014) (IC) Fitz's Folly

Chrysagon continued up the stairs and briefly paused next to Rodrigo as he contemplated the pit and the rope. Hold the rope tight, Crysagon called out to Rodrigo, I'm going across! Chrysagon easily found foot holds in nooks and crannies throughout the hallway and scrambled swiftly across the pit...

D&D 5E (2014) (OOC) Rise of the Dracolich (Full)

LOL. You just need to keep yourself busy, right? Just wait until the rest of your games flow nicely and you have plenty of time to dedicate for the continuation of this adventure.
  20. Prickly Pear

    (OOC) Fitz's Folly (ToA PBP)

Thanks for letting me join! Just wondering how difficult it might be to get across the hallway, @FitzTheRuke. What checks would Chrysagon need to do? Or will the rope negate the difficultly but it's considered difficult terrain?
