OUT OF THE ABYSS Cover Art!

That Demogorgon is a brute. I prefer his slimmer looks with longer necks. In general, I prefer weird demons over buffed ones. Otherwise the book looks promising.

Skills & Feats From PATHFINDER UNCHAINED

That's still there if the armor gives you DR.

Skills & Feats From PATHFINDER UNCHAINED

A lot of these sound so familiar...

    What is a Roleplaying Game?

    Reminds me of HackMaster.

    Great team bulding exercise!

Giants & Strategy Guides: Art Previews from Paizo

Interesting, Pathfinder's art style is beginning to look more and more like 5e's.

Ancient Artifacts From PATHFINDER'S Development History!

I find that maps to be the most interesting from these pictures.

    D&D 5E (2014) I made a boboo...

I never use cliffhangers, they don't work well in a sandbox campaign with varying parties. They start every expedition at their HQ, they end every session in the HQ, to avoid problems like "oh we finished in the middle of the dungeon last time but Pete couldn't come, but have to add Bob's...

D&D 5E (2014) Daggers, Knives, and Darts...... Are there no Knives in 5E....?!?!?!

I can't even recall 3e or 4e having a knife entry on the weapon list. Use the dagger. Ranges are between the parantheses next to the ammunition or throwing property. The rate of fire is the number of attacks you make in a turn.

D&D 5E (2014) Necromancer Games--What do you want us to make next?

A few examples from the 3e era: They published one of the biggest and best megadungeons evet. They published monster books with a bunch of weird classic and new creatures. They published the revamped Wilderlands products, including a big box with hex maps and two books. Their adventures often...

D&D 5E (2014) Necromancer Games--What do you want us to make next?

'Cause they are old-school and try to capture the feel of AD&D1e with the current edition?

D&D 5E (2014) Necromancer Games--What do you want us to make next?

Now that you mention... A book of generic monster lairs, tombs, villages that people can use when suddenly a need arises would be awesome. Heck, this would be a good reason to reprint Book of Taverns as part of a series.

D&D 5E (2014) Necromancer Games--What do you want us to make next?

Sandbox stuff and megadungeon. Just what you're best at besides monster books.

    D&D 5E (2014) Balance in Races

Did you miss that gnomes get the stuff from their subraces as well? They are pretty fun. As for hellish resistance and infernal heritage, gnome cunning is far more versatile and superior. It's advantage on all intelligence, wisdom, and charisma saves vs magic! That's pretty huge. By the way...

    D&D 5E (2014) Old Edition "Keepers" (Books)

Wilderlands of High Fantasy, City State of the Invincible Overlord, and some other Judges Guild stuff. Also add the AD&D1e DMG to the list, which is the best DMG ever.

    D&D 5E (2014) Racial Ability Score Mods

You are comparing a trained strongman with a few levels and feats to an untrained animal. By the way the racial penalties for halflings are unnecessary, because stronger races have already bonuses. A halfling who rolled 18 will have 18 Str at 1st level, while a human will have 19 (racial bonus)...

"Tabletop D&D Has Lost Its Way" Says Pathfinder Video Game Exec

Yes, it was in 4e. Honestly, I'm glad he left the boat early with 5e. His work is too crunchy for my taste, without being interesting or inspiring.

    D&D 5E (2014) Negative constitution modifier

Because they forgot to include this line from the playtest: "A creature has a minimum of 1 hit point per Hit Die." But it worked that way in previous editions too and it's also what common sense says - you get better with level up, not worse. :)

    Sword Coast Legends

So you don't get a widely different single and multiplayer. It's been a while since I last saw a new crpg with more than four party members. Heck, I'm glad to see one where you can manage a party of heroes instead of going solo.
