I think some are so bad, I honestly can't believe WotC is actually paying an artist to do them. Some of them are just badly drawn, but others (i.e. clerics) are just idiotically comical and stupid! No player would ever use 90% of them. Any of them!

Has anyone managed to figure out (by playing or simply reading) what real effect alignment has in the video game, other than a pointless tacked-on label?

Question... die_kluge, Do you think that having had 5 or 6 skill points per level (instead of 4) would have made the Bard class any more playable to you? I'm just curious because I might be modifying the class for my next campaign.
