Niska kidnapped, could have very possibly killed, and ruthlessly tortured Wash whom Zoe is rather attached to. But her calm remain undamaged. She organized, showed up, and managed to not break the line and cram her shottie down Niska's throat long enough to get Wash back. That's a helluva lot...
