    It is meant for teleportation circles to be DM-controlled. There's not much point for PCs to regularly crafting permanent teleportation circles, hence no mention of them. So just wing it.

    Traps are way too hard to disarm

    I've actually changed trap disarming to where you only need to succeed on 2-3 rolls, with little to no penalty for failure. The fact that the trap is still going should be penalty enough.

    PHB 277, Conditions, Immobilized. Forced movement works. Shifting, Moving, Crawling, etc. do not work. The rogue still has to roll to hit, and still does full damage when he hits. [Unless you rule otherwise, of course.]

    No. The power swap feats specify "the power replaces a power you would normally have from your primary class." Your paragon path is not your primary class, nor is it even considered a class. Now, ask your DM, because I don't see anything horribly wrong with doing so.
