Could you give a few hints as to how it works? Is there a penalty to each attack? Can it only attack one creature? two adjacent creatures? I'd love to see the full write-up, but I'd settle for the highlights that make it unique (and figure out the rest for myself). Thanks.

My main question is how the Ranger's at-will two-weapon fighting exploit works... and whether or not it is melee only or both melee and ranged (and thereby useful to both two-weapon fighters and archers). Thanks.

Tweaked the design goals to add a list of things the Harrier should be able to deny the enemy, such as: actions, movement, abilities, areas of the battlefield.

PS: I'd be cursing that poor creature too... just to be cruel ;)

I mentioned this in another thread, but its worth repeating: I think I might play a Warlock multiclassed into Paladin so I can Eyebite the creature I've Divinely Challanged... ;) Unfortunately... I will probably be the DM... so maybe I'll make an NPC that does this ;) PS: I'd be cursing that...

Actually I would do the opposite (seeing as we are dealing with temporary hit points as opposed to normal hit points), but if I did I'd come up with some rider effect... or increase the amount of temporary hit points gained. So it would be a very proactive healing power for those who've suffered...

That's a lot of temporary hit points, but it is an interesting idea. I'll have to think about it. Side Note: Though reading yours did help me modify mine because I realized I did not put "an additional 1d6 temporary hit points." I meant to have the power grant the benefits of a healing surge...

I was just going off of the PrRC... it has + Wis, but if its from a class feature, then you'd definately be correct... I'll modify my post to reflect my newfound uncertainty on the subject ;)
