No I think it's meant to be once per day b/c the power/class ability conversion seems to be: At-Will powers become 1/Encounter powers and Encounter powers (which Healing Word would fall under) become 1/Daily powers.

I think the problem with powers is that as a class you only get one encounter power until 3rd, 1 daily until 5th, and 1 utility until 6th. If you could "multiclass" your only encounter, daily, or utility power it would seem strange. If the PrRC is correct, then I could see an arguement for...

One thing I noticed is 2 feats = 1 power... which is what I was guessing at in my racial breakdowns. For example, a Fighter takes Soldier of the Faith (and gains its benefit), but once he chooses one of the "_____ Power" feats he swaps the benefit from Soldier of Faith for a Paladin power...

I think they will release the answers earlier than June 6th... at least to those publishers who showed initial interest in 4e support. These publishers need WotC's answers before they can decide on the GSL and 4e support. If WotC waits until June 6th it will be very difficult to get product...

I'm not certain race specific feats should be part of the equation. Requiring a player to take a particular feat in order to make their race "balance" with other races seems to be a bit out of place with the design we've seen from the 4e team... which seems to be building PCs off of the same...

I agree, though I see it on about the same level as the Elf's Elven Accuracy racial power. The former gives you a chance to be missed and the latter gives you a chance to hit.
