I agree... I want at-will powers that help accentuate the paragon paths/epic destinies without overwhelming the per encounter/day powers.

I posted this in the "Tiers of Play" thread, but I thought I'd expand on the idea as its own thread. The Tiers of Play article says: Does that mean you only have two at-will powers that only increase in damage at 21st level? Or do you think PCs will get more "at-will" powers? I'm hoping PCs...

I wonder if "at will" powers are tied specifically to your choice of initial class, paragon path, and epic destiny... so you would not have to include them on the powers by class level table. Adding an extra column that only increases number at 11th and 21st levels might be a bit wasteful layout...

I have not seen anyone mention this so I thought I'd add my two cents... Even if the PC can move away from the succubus (to avoid interposing himself), couldn't the succubus just follow him around thus "keep him close by"? It'd be pretty interesting to see this "dance" in the midst of combat...

Are you limited to strictly d20 system campaign settings, because if you are not, then I think the Nevermore campaign setting for True20 works for a POL setting where "realms" ruled by dreamlords are your POLs (or POADs... Points of Absolute Darkness ;-) within an ever-changing and dangerous...

As a D&D player and DM I voted that I'd get it even if it was closed (especially since I'm getting it for 66.00 from Amazon). As a freelance writer/designer... well let's just say that I certainly hope there will be a GSL that at least allows adventures, supplements, and campaign settings...

The Nevermore campaign setting can be added onto just about any d20 rules system with a few modifications here and there. Easier if you just want to add the Dream Conviction system to emulate the surreal effects of living in the dreamlands.

Then you should enjoy the Big Book when it comes out for Gen Con (or Sept. for stores). ;)
