    Whisper Gnome Rogue

Blade Bravo (same book as Whisper Gnomes) is pretty good, but a bit less rogue-y, more of a duelist style. Extra Silence and such aren't worth it, imo.

    Non-random Crusader?

I hope not, that's one of the few things that balances how strong some of the Devoted Spirit maneuvers are. You could play a Warblade/Eternal Blade.

    Duskblade w/ Arcane Devotion

No, the Duskblade is newer, and doesn't need any more spells, it's good enough as is.

    Kobold Wizard

Heh, yeah, I went with: Wizard 7 (immediate magic [PHB2])/Loremaster 6/Archmage 3/Loremaster +4 (10) Feats: 1 Dragonwrought (RP) * Scribe Scroll 3 Chain Spell * Quicken Spell 6 Skill Focus (Knowledge [Dungeoneering]) (aberration heavy campaign) 9 Spell Focus (Transmutation) * Spell Focus...

    D&D 4E 4E - What Rules Need Fixing?

Armor makes you harder to hit hurt. Does that make you feel any better? It's true. The guy with the ninja robes' would probably have an easier time hitting the guy in plate mail, slightly, but it wouldn't go through the armor easily, at all. Otherwise, why wear it at all? Bulletproof vests...

    help optimizing a blaster

Alrighty, min-max'ing a straight blaster? Easy. Halfling or Human Warlock 16/Hellfire Warlock 3/Binder 1 The Binder is only necessary if you don't want to spend money on Wands of Lesser Restoration, personally I would stay away from it. Feats: Point Blank Shot Precise Shot Ability Focus...

    Kobold Wizard

Why Draconic Claws? Out of curiosity :P

    Kobold Wizard

I think the plan is: Wizard 7/Loremaster 10/Archmage 3 Feats: Collegiate Wizard Scribe Scroll* Metamagic Feat X Quicken Spell* Skill Focus (Knowledge [X]) Spell Focus (Transmutation) Spell Focus (Conjuration) Skill Focus (Spellcraft) X X

    Anti-Tumble Feat

Well, at level 5, the Knight class adds its class level to the DC to tumble past him, but if you already have a character idea, I'm not sure what you can do.

    Kobold Wizard

Alright, well, for many reasons, including roleplaying ones and the fact that kobolds are awesome, I want to play a Kobold Wizard. Not sorceror, wizard. I have no idea what prestige class I want to go, or whether or not I want to specialize, and whether or not I want to be Dragonwrought. Help...

"Spend a rage in order to..."

Also no smite giving up, methinks. I know it has nothing to do with anything, just worth pointing out.

Feats to make Dragon Shaman Better

One build I've read involved going Cleric 3 and Marshal 1 - max out cha, get Wings from Dragonborn, and just dive attacking with power attack and divine might. But, I'm starting a character this weekend, and I figure I'll post it. Dragonborn (Human) Paladin 2/Dragon Shaman 2 Stats: (32 point...

    Strength based monks?

Improved Natural Attack quite obviously works for monks, as unarmed strikes are treated as both manufactured and natural weapons. And, by the same token, a goliath may not use Powerful Build to wield a bigger unarmed strike.

    Empower Spell Metamagic Feat

I think the human thing was sarcasm :P

    Empower Spell Metamagic Feat

Actually, I got embarassed by this already, it does say in the PHB that it's the (1d6+5)x1.5. The example given is magic missile. This makes it way better than I originally thought, as things like Ray of Enfeeblement are awesome when Empowered.

Catfolk or Goatfolk - which would make a better "charger"

That's not flat-footed, that's losing your dex bonus. This really does only work once per combat - luckily, you can charge in the surprise round.

    Looking for players/DMs in Montreal

(D&D 3.5, Montréal Québec) Hi. Basically, all you need is a sense of humor, general knowledge of the game (if you don't know that much we can help you out, but you need to be willing to learn). Edit: Forgot "maturity levels". We're all between the ages of 18 to 23, but don't really have a...

Natural attacks and Class attacks confusion

All of you is part of your unarmed strike.

    Ultimate healer

The +1 isn't a "variable, numeric effect". Why would it be empowered? (Wondering honestly, is that how it works? If I empower a Ray of Enfeeblement at 1d6+4, and roll a 6, does it do 15?)

Spring Attack and some other questions

Nothing happens (no trip). Yes. Yes. I don't think so, but I can't remember if I actually read that. I think there's a feat that lets you use stunning fist more than once each round, which infers that you can't otherwise, but I don't know.
