If I ever homebrew a standard fantasy world, this is my pantheon. Incredible. If they converted this to 4e I'd slap down the money again in a heartbeat, even if 90& of the text could remain unchanged. Ideally, though, I'd like to see a slightly larger revamp with the 4e cosmology built in.
