Noting that I was just a freelance writer when TW d20 came out, Like many licensed properties, the Thieves World RPG was authorized for only a specific number of products. After those came out, it turned out not to make economic sense to license more of them.
Which is a shame, because I LOVED...
Certainly both are on the table. The requests for an updates Advanced Bestiary are very clearly the loudest feedback we've gotten from patrons, so that's why it's been announced as in the works. My hope is to do a mix of revised/expanded versions of old 3.0/3.5 material and brand new stuff after...
I was already working on material for the Freeport Kickstarter, so the main advantage will be continuity of vision going forward. But certainly the KS fulfillment is near the top of my list of concerns.
I happen to be in an unusually place with my opinion on this, as the author and copyright holder, so keep in mind this is my humble opinion and other folks might have a different take for other products.
First, I am a HUGE fan of the OGL. Without it there wouldn't be any Pathfinder, much less...

I'll let others address its quality, but I can say the product has spell point entries for the bard, cleric, druid, inquisitor, magus, oracle, ranger, paladin, sorcerer, summoner, wizards, and witch.
Yeah, that has been a major design goal throughout the project, and I plan to keep it firmly in mind going forward. I think not doing that was a huge mistake for d20 Modern (as much as I loved that game, and wrote a lot for it). This is especially true when it comes to things like monsters. d20...
Glad to hear you're enjoying the series so far! I plan at the very least to do two more classes (tentatively titles the luminary and the sensitive), and a fantasy/pulp crossover adventure (the City of Lights, due late next month).
I have more plans for beyond those as well, but they are...
Bill greeted me on my first day at WotC, advised me on tricky Star Wars design choices, and let me shoot him with a Nerf gatling gun on my last day. I wish only good things for him.
I have heard word that Michelle Carter and Stephen Schubert are also leaving as of today, though I haven't...
There aren't currently any plans to release the content of Dungeonaday.com as a print release. There are actually lots of reasons for that far beyond the possibility we'd annoy existing customers. (Although we do work very hard not to annoy our existing customers!) Among them, the fact Ptolus...
The Genius Guide to Martial Archetypes is now available at RPGNow. The newest entry in the popular "Archetype" line of products, presenting alternate sets of class abilities for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, The Genius Guide to Martial Archetypes presents five new archetypes packages and (for...
Super Genius Games releases The Genius Guide to Races of Hoof and Horn
Fantasy should be fantastic (and by "fantastic" we mean the dictionary definition-conceived by unrestrained fancy; beyond the realm of the ordinary). That might seem like an obvious thing to say, but fantasy fiction has...
Runes-an ancient form of writing often linked to strange and magical powers. In history, runes are nearly-two-thousand-year-old alphabets whose origins remain shrouded in mystery. In legend, wizards, shamans, and warriors use runes to imbue places, items, and even people on which they are...
