    Disarm rules

4E is designed to be a successful game. It borrows a lot of design from the most successful RPG World of Warcraft. A large part World of Warcraft's success comes from Blizzard's decision to remove 'realism' in favor of making the game fun. The best example is the removal of exp loss from death.

    Need input/advice on a new shield-based class

NO NO NO. TABOO! and very unnecessary. You'll never see a rogue in heavy armor or using a 2H weapon. Not because they're forbidden, but rather because it's a bad option. In short make sure things bad options, but do NOT eliminate them as options. non issue, even cloth armor scales...

Druid exercise (divine leader with striker elements)

there are a couple already done. malcom_n's is a controller/striker saric's is like yours a cleric clone, but with shifting. Both are complete

Druid exercise (divine leader with striker elements)

yes, but how are you making them different from clerics? personally I would reduce their healing and buffing. And give them more control powers. Druids have always had controller type powers. (entangle, fog cloud etc...)

Warder (Arcane Defender) - Levels 1-3 [Updated 7/7]

hehe, yeah I do think it's possible to create a ranged defender if you stretch the definition of ranged. CHA paladin/warlocks can pull it off by marking at range. Warders pull it off by being in two places at once and my dragoon class does it with spring attacks.

    Weapon Finesse?

If TWF rangers where supposed to use dex their powers would use dex just like rogue powers do. There's no need for weapon finesse. Powers that key other other stats take care of the issue.

    Dragoon v .7

yep, that's why it's .5 and I didn't even include most the powers, The basics need refinement. A1,2: yeah I had been think about that issue. It even goes further than that. Dragon jump is messy that way too. I'm thinking of ditching the leap keyword for a charge keyword. It would be a loss...

fair enough. Though still I'd skip the stat choice. They're flexible enough without it.

New Race for Review - Minotaur (civilized)

drop it. Dwarves and eladrin have the feats as crutches as they would other wise be wimpy in melee. Minotaurs do not need the any melee damage boast. sounds fine again, bull men? Minotaurs are best known for being exiled onto islands and hanging out in mazes.

New Race for Review - Minotaur (civilized)

very yes. Throwing hammers and axes are weak weapons. That and dwarves don't have +2 str or oversized weapons. how about an unfailing sense of orientation? yes, but CHA for Bull men?

    Weapons of our foes

because it's not a crossbow. honestly blow guns don't really fit any category. Light blade is the best fit metagame aside, the metagame reason just cinches it.
