    D&D 5E (2024) Why aren't you using 5e 2024?

In what way do you find 5E is bland? I see this a bit on these boards, usually in comparison to OSR. To me, having played OSE, I found that bland in that there was little in the way of options or flavour. I rolled poorly when making a character for example and so was pretty limited in what my...

D&D 5E (2024) Did you make up your mind about 5.24?

You can do what you want, of course. I just go by the old saying, never judge a book by its Kuo-Toa. 😉

D&D 5E (2024) Did you make up your mind about 5.24?

I personally think complete ignorance is a poor basis for forming opinions, but hey, you do you.

So, you're saying there are superior books to one that isn't out yet, that you haven't read?

When Do the 5E “Ride or Die” Folks Become Grogs Like The Rest of Us in “D&D Older Editions” And When Do We Get D&D 5E Flair for Posts?

You’ve said they eliminated race as a factor in builds… Let’s say I wanted to build a fighter that can fly and uses a weapon with 10ft reach at level 3, how many other ways can you do that without using species? Just because there might be other ways to do something, doesn’t mean it’s not a...

When Do the 5E “Ride or Die” Folks Become Grogs Like The Rest of Us in “D&D Older Editions” And When Do We Get D&D 5E Flair for Posts?

Aasimar can sprout wings for a minute at level 3, I’m pretty sure people will be making builds around that feature alone that will be useful at high levels.

    Spoilers Agatha All Along discussion

'It was better in the 90's' That sounds like Nostalgia being a hindrance rather than a help. As I say, I never watched the original and I thought the show was great, as did most who watched it.

    Spoilers Agatha All Along discussion

The last 3 things Marvel put out (unless I’m forgetting something) were: X-men 97 Deadpool and Wolverine Agatha all along All of which I enjoyed a lot, kinda feels like they got their groove back a bit this year, at least to me.

    Spoilers Agatha All Along discussion

So, some really cool reveals in those last two episodes. I love that the Witches Road and the song were part of Agatha's scam, and I love that Billy unwittingly created the road. I think there’ll be a lot more to pick up on rewatch with those things in mind. I’d be happy to see any of these...

    Spoilers Agatha All Along discussion

I’ve never felt like I’m missing anything by not watching everything. Andor is still a great show despite having not seen Rebels. Agatha will still a great show even if I don’t end up watching Vision Quest, or Young Avengers. For me, it just feels like an added bonus for fans that have/do.
